Delivery & Terms

Online shopping:
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:

Send a similar, alternative item.

Let you know how long it will be before the item is available. And then send it if you're prepared to wait.

Cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

Despatch:
Goods will usually be despatched within three working days subject to availability. The method and address for delivery will be specified on the customer order. All European deliveries are sent by Italian Priority Post (for parcels up to 2kg), or by courier.

EU & international delivery charges:
Deliveries to the EU are charged at 7.90€. For the US and Canada we charge 19.90€ for parcels up to 2kg. If an international parcel weighs more, we will contact you by email with the additional cost. And you can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order.

Right of withdrawal:
Should you wish to return the products you purchased from us you are allowed to do so. Please note that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the products, so long as the products are returned perfectly intact and unused. IMPORTANT: Shouldn’t this condition be fully met the right of withdrawal will completely cease and no refund will be possible.
Before returning the products to us you will have to inform us in writing of the intention to withdraw from your purchase, and then ship to: Lavender Sky, Strada Colle Umberto Ponte Nese 105, 06133 Perugia (PG), Italy.
Lavender Sky will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email.
Tax Charges:
Lavender Sky is a small business according to §19 Abs.1 UStG (German sales tax law) and does not charge and indicate VAT.

Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union “GDPR”). By purchasing from our site you hereby declare you have read and agreed to our privacy policy.
